"Thrive" is a key tenet of this 2nd edition of "Leadership IN Women". This is a continuum of the effort to spread a logical perception about women as leaders and their inherent leadership characteristics.

This edition is building upon the original concept of ‘Leadership IN Women’, initiated as a living document in 2013.

The framework is build on four leadership characteristics, namely, Emotional Intelligence, Grit, Empathy and Resilience which are inherently present in women from the beginning of times. The first edition was published in 2016, after three years of research on trailblazer women in non-traditional fields. It explained the conceptualization of "Leadership IN Women" and focused on connecting and inspiring the women to get on leadership tracks with confidence.

The 2nd edition is presenting more women leaders from around the world, who are both thriving and making their mark in their chosen industries or activities and on the world at large. You’ll also find more research and inspiration for emerging women leaders – particularly in the form of educational and training suggestions under the heading of "Leaders are Learners"

The objective is to share with all humans who have a deep interest in promoting and supporting the idea of women taking their place as leaders in the real world.

Dr. Farzana guides in cultivating human-excellence, as well as workplace cultural and financial successes.

An integral part of Dr. Farzana's professional experience has been in strategic planning, involving the masterplan, design and execution of user-friendly projects.

SUBTLE is an unrecognized phenomenon of biases. The processes of Human Mindsets, Values, and Worldviews has infiltrated in our individual brain with micro and macro unconscious biases. Even when our human heart and rational brain question what we are following is not right, we are told not to doubt and follow what is being given to us.

My intention is to highlight the toxic nature of a common phenomenon which we practice every day in our human existence and are not aware of its extent. I want to invoke your thinking and awareness about yourself as a human of good heart.
